Claude Certified Architect – Professional: Independent Exam Prep podcast cover

Three decisions to work through.

Listen, make a few notes, then explain the choice in your own words.

  1. Episode 01

    What must this service improve?

    Duration:

Turn “make support easier” into a decision brief before selecting a model. Define useful outcomes, exclusions, evidence and owners, then decide whether a fictional HarborWorks proposal needs further design, more discovery or a simpler solution.

    Practice the decision

Your artifact: A discovery brief naming users, acceptance criteria, boundaries, owners, and open questions.

What evidence would make you reject the assistant before choosing a model?

    Public references
  2. Episode 02

Give each question the right evidence

    Duration:

Choose evidence for each claim in a fictional booking question: an approved policy, an applicable manual and current ticket state. Plan retrieval and context that preserve versions, access and freshness, and withhold claims when essential evidence is missing.

    Practice the decision

Your artifact: A corpus and query plan with provenance and a deliberate context budget.

What would make this corpus need another retrieval method, and which evidence must survive a handoff?

    Public references
  3. Episode 03

Enable the team and measure the workflow

    Duration:

Plan one shared workflow improvement: a clearer pre-review brief for small bug fixes. Define the baseline, ownership, verification and measurement needed to continue, revise or stop, while keeping claims about productivity and operational recovery within the available evidence.

    Practice the decision

Your artifact: An enablement plan with versioned assets, ownership, and meaningful review and verification.

What shows assisted delivery improved while the team still understands and can maintain the work?
